JEFFERSON CITY, MO – On Thursday, May 26, 2022, Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe announced Gabrielle “Gabby” Picard as the new Communications Director for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
Prior to joining the Lieutenant Governor’s Office, Ms. Picard most recently served Missourians in the Office of Governor under Governor Michael L. Parson. Ms. Picard is a Missouri native and a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
“We are excited to welcome Gabby to the team,” Lieutenant Governor Kehoe said. “I am confident she will do well, and am looking forward to putting her experience to work in further service to Missourians.”
The announcement comes after former Communications Director, Halie Dampf Payne, accepted the position of Director of Professional Affairs at the Missouri Dental Association.
“I would like to thank Halie for her years of dedicated service to the people of Missouri,” Lieutenant Governor Kehoe said. “She has worked with me since my last session in the Missouri Senate in 2018 and has done a fantastic job. I wish her the best in her new role.”
