JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Today, Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe announced Raw Buzz, of Warrensburg, Missouri, as the official 500th member of the Buy Missouri program.
“I was fortunate to visit with Julie and Santiago Valdez this week to learn more about their small business and officially congratulate Raw Buzz on becoming the 500th member of the Buy Missouri program,” Lieutenant Governor Kehoe said. “When I began leading Buy Missouri in 2018, the program had just over 100 members, so I am thrilled to welcome the 500th member during our fifth annual Buy Missouri Week.”
Raw Buzz is a natural skin care and candle company, offering customers quality products infused with raw honey from their apiary, milk from local farms, plant-based oils, and other raw ingredients. A veteran-owned company, Raw Buzz proudly offers military and first responder discounts.
“We are honored and excited to join Buy Missouri as its 500th member. We look forward to the new opportunities afforded to our family business through this program and appreciate our state government leaders for establishing programs that focus on helping businesses like ours grow. We would also like to thank everyone that has supported Raw Buzz and helped us grow it to where it is today,” said Julie Valdez, owner of Raw Buzz.

Seeing how far the program has come in promoting, growing, and supporting Missouri businesses and manufacturers is a testament to the leadership of Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe.”
